Vendor
It is a first part that regulates the whole process. We purchased materials from different type vendors. We treat our vendors as our business associates. When we select them we maintain some stick criteria.
- First, we are checking that, if those people are financially capable enough to fulfill our requirement.
- We are strongly notice that if that person had all the statutory clearance (like tread license, vat registration etc).
- Proximity of his/her stores house and the condition as well.
- Checking the abivibility that he/she will supply the material through cover van or not because we maintain the hygiene.


Store Management
Store and vendor is maintained by professional store keeper. The job responsibility of the Store Keepers are:
- Check properly is the materials are coming being properly covered and packed. Don’t allow any jute bags and polythene bags under 0.5 microns.
- Keep the materials in store rooms in plastic containers with levels of the materials.
- Proper placing of the materials, maintain certain guidelines (like any glass bottles has to be in lower rack, separate place for keeping veg and non-veg food.
- Maintaining daily record of the material which is received and issued through bin card.
- He does not allowed any dry material without A-mark. He suppose to check all the material which is used it is before six months of its expiry date and also check the freshness of perishable material with certain guideline.
Food Production
- This part is carried out by head chief, assistant cook and kitchen helper. Head chief is a key person for that particular segment. He decides which material is used and how much it is used. His main goal lies in making healthy and testy food using less oil and spices.
- He is responsible for the maintaining the hygiene and cleanness of the kitchen. His keen job lies in fulfill the requirement of the clients
- Maintain the sanitization using certain chemicals (like KMNO-4, Aqua color, Somatab etc)
- And he is complete the food processing work within a set time frame


Service
- This part is face of our organization that meets our clients for F&B service. This part is lead by head service executive to the help of swards. He communicates with the client regarding their requirements regarding anything which is related to F&B services.
- His keen job is to fulfilling the requirement of the clients and to communicate it with the other team members of the kitchen.
- Maintain the sanitization using certain chemicals (like KMNO-4, Aqua color, Somatab etc)
- And he is complete the food processing work within a set time frame
Hygiene
- We maintain hygiene part strongly, with follow some certain guideline which is strictly checked by managers and maintained by other staff
- We don’t allow any staff without head cap, mouth mask, gloves and proper and clean uniform
- We don’t allow any material without proper packaging.
- We maintain certain temperature for storage and servicing purposes
- We maintain certain parameters to keep the kitchen clean, with the help of sanitization and pest control
- We used certain guideline to maintain all the guest in proper manner
